1) No real problems or anything like that. Just a lot of work to do. Of course we got the first version finished much earlier but decided to build the product much further before going public. All the things done in the backend like the recommendation engine and natural language processing that aren't necessarily instantly visible to the users caused a lot of work for us.

2) Use a good PR agency. :) We hired a very good agency that understands our service and knows the industry. They have helped us tremendously.</description>
